Ari Meisel

Ironman of Efficiency

In 2006, Arie Meisel was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, an incurable disease of the digestive tract. Through training, he beat the disease and in 2011 went on to compete in Iron Man France.

Through his process of data collection, self-tracking and analysis, his ‘Less Doing’ platform was built.

Ari dealt with the daily stresses of life by optimizing, automating and outsourcings all tasks in life and business, and now advises several companies how to achieve success doing the same.
